The first time i ever entered this bank was in my XII th class. Its posh & Imposing Chennai office was one of attractions in the mount road. Nothing much happened there.
Then second time, i went to a branch located in Albany, NY. This time i wanted to exchange my traveller's cheque. I approached the branch manager. an elderly lady said that I could atmost exchange for $100 a day if i dont have a account with Bank of America.
She asked for a id proof and i gave my citi bank credit card.
